Software may be returned for 30 days for an exchange if in original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Product Packaging:
All the software at Kid Software Online is new. It's packaged in either a jewel case, paper sleeve or retail box. Some manufacturers strip the outer packaging in order to save on shipping and storage costs. That means we can pass the savings on to you, our customer. You receive the same full-version software that you see in the stores, while saving time and money. We always list the type of packaging for each title on the detailed product page. Jewel case

You will receive the new retail box. Inside you will find the CD-ROM is enclosed in either a paper sleeve or jewel case. The original manual or instruction sheet is included. |
